Shipping policy

Change to delivery times due to summer holidays:  Orders made after 17.6 will be shipped in week 31 (physical products). Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase, even during the summer holiday.

Delivery conditions 

Orders are sent via Posti (Finnish Post) and the shipping costs are Posti shipping rates. Most of the packages are S-size. Shipping prices may be changed. Shipping and possible discounts will be calculated at checkout. 

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent.

In VeNove I make all the products myself - some of the product are already in stock and some products I make to order. If the  item is unavailable, I will contact you by e-mail. 

Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 working days. 

Payment methods

As payment service providers VeNove uses Klarna and Paypal. Klarna supports  all major debit and credit cards, Finnish e-banking payment methods, payment in installments and a pay later option.
